Do my sessions expire if I don’t use them in one month?
Nope! Your sessions are yours to use however you’d like. They roll over if you don’t use them right away, and you can even use multiple sessions back-to-back if needed. Your hours never expire, and any unused time rolls into your next package.
How does appointment scheduling work?
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive access to your coaching account. From there, you’ll find the steps to book your sessions at a time that works best for you.
Can I buy the same package more than once?
Absolutely! If you finish your sessions and want more, just purchase another package. For example, if you planned for four hours but decided you’d like extra support, you can grab another bundle anytime. Just like before, your hours don’t expire and will roll over into future plans.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
Life happens! You can reschedule your appointment with advance notice through your coaching account. If you need to cancel, please try and give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can open the time for someone else. Your session credit will remain available for you.
